The Rwandan government does not require that children attend school, and in order for children to attend an overcrowded, government-sponsored school they must have a school uniform, shoes and school supplies. For a majority of our sponsored children, that’s often an unreachable requirement. That’s why we opened Hope for Children International School in October 2021!
Every sponsored child has the opportunity to attend Hope for Children International School, regardless of economic status. Children receive a Christ-centered, high quality education that equips them for future success and inspires them to impact the world for Christ.
We offer a new grade level every year to accommodate the advancing grades. We have an eight-year building plan that includes four buildings, a kitchen, and a dining hall.
